(MEYERS) TEMYER Mildred "Millie" L. (Meyers) Temyer, 80, Whistler Road, Hoooversville, died April 9, 2004, at Windber Hospital. Born July 28, 1923, in Hooversville, daughter of Homer C. and Mary Elizabeth (Jones) Meyers. Preceded in death by parents; husband Tony J. Sr. on Nov. 24, 1986; brothers William and Edward Meyers; sisters Ruth Hite and Bessie Lenart. Survived by these children: Judi Trachok, Hooversville; Tony Jr. "Skip," married to the former Diana "Nan" Shields, Hooversville; Cathy, married to Stanley Nosal, Lancaster; and Joseph, married to former Laura Caldwell, Hooversville; grandchildren Michael, Jenifer, Jed, Craig, Luke, Jodi, Jamie and Carly; sisters Eleanor Beegle, Friedens; and Margaret Charles, Orlando, Fla.; and numerous neices and nephews. Currently was a resident of Church of the Brethren Home, Windber. Active member of St. Anne Catholic Church, Davidsville, where she was also a member of the Ladies Guild. Avid gardener and she enjoyed traveling. Friends received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Route 403 and Church Road, Davidsville, where vigil for the deceased will be held Monday afternoon. Funeral Mass 10 a.m Tuesday at St. Anne Church. The Rev. Fr. Michael Lewandowski, OFM, Conv. celebrant. Committal St. Anne Cemetery.
