  TEMYER
  
  Peter P. Temyer Sr., 87, of Hollsopple passed away May 15, 2002, at home in
  his favorite chair.  Born Dec. 9, 1914, in Jenners Township.  Son of Michael
  and Catherine (Tenk) Temyer.  Preceded in death by parents, brothers.
  Michael, Tony, and sister: Elizabeth Rummel.  Survived by wife the former
  Anna Lebda whom he was married for 60 years, and these children: Peter Jr.,
  Hollsopple; and Patricia married to John Nemeth, Hollsopple.  Also survived
  by grandson Shaun and his fiance Susan Krents.  Brother of Catherine Kinney
  and Barb Dunning both of Windber.  Member of St. Anne Catholic Church where
  he served as an usher for over 30 years, a member of St. Maximilian Kolbe
  Council 8979 Knights of Columbus of Hollsopple for 15 years, Charter member
  of Father Dodson Assemble 2201 4th Degree where he was a faithful member of
  the Color Corp, Honor Guard and Flag Team.  Member of UMWA Windber Local
  6186.  A life member of Hollsopple Sportsmen's Club where he served as
  treasurer for 35 years He was an avid hunter and gardener.  Pap was a
  great story teller and loved to raise rabbits.  Family receiving friends
  from 2i to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday with Vigil for the deceased Friday
  evening at the George E. Mason Funeral Home Inc., Davidsville.  The Color
  Guard will stand Guard from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.  Funeral Mass 10 a.m.
  Saturday at St. Anne Catholic Church.  Rev. Michael Lewandowski, O.F.M. Conv.
  officiating.  Committal St. Anne Catholic Cemetery.
