Testa, 69, of Cumberland RD 4, Md., Mexico Farms, died Sunday November 28, 1982 at his residence. Born June 24, 1913 in Meyersdale, he was a son of the late Luigi Testa and Lavorina (Camellia) Testa. Mr. Testa was a retired construction worker, an Army veteran of World War II, and a member of the Disabled American Veterans. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Helen (Reichenbach) Testa; two sons, John W. Testa, Indianapolis, Ind.; Ronald P. Testa, at home; three daughters, the Misses Barbara J. Testa, Kansas City, Mo.; Becky S. Testa, Baltimore, Md.; Brenda D. Testa, Silver Spring; three brothers, Andrew Testa, Cochranville; Orlando Testa and Mario Testa, both of Toughkenamon; three sisters, Mrs. Lena Direnzo, Somerset; Mrs. Emma Rowley, Cumberland, Md.; Mrs. Victoria Staub, Grantsville, Md.; and two grandchildren. Friends were received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home. The DAV conducted a memorial service at the funeral home. The family suggests that memorials take the form of donations to the American Cancer Society or to the Hospice unit at Sacred Heart Hospital. The Republic, December 2, 1982 [T120]
