(Carouse) Testa, 71, of Toughkenamon, Pa., died Friday, Aug. 18, 1995, at her home. Born in Meyersdale, she was the daughter of the late Nicola and Eugenia (Romagnoli) Carouse. She was a member of St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother Church, Avondale, Pa., and was a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus. During World War II, she worked in the office of the U.S. Coast Guard in Washington, D.C. She is survived by her husband, Orlando E. Testa; a son, Joseph E. Testa of Landenberg, Pa.; two daughters: Julie A. Madonna and Linda L. Testa, both of Landenberg: three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. New Republic, September 14, 1995 [T123]
