  A. Louise (Homer) Thomas, 78, 523 Allegheny St., Boswell, died March 4,
  1994, at Somerset Hospital.  Born Oct. 16, 1915, in Boswell, daughter of
  Robert P. and Lilly Mae (Daniels) Homer.  Preceded in death by parents,
  sisters: Margaret "Peg" Rice, Bertha Hanna and Alyce Barron; also grandson,
  Wayne Espy Thomas.  Survived by husband, Espy G., and sons: Robert M.,
  married to Linda Piper, Boswell RD 1; and William G., married to Georgia
  "Sue" Zimmerman, New Boston, Mich.; also five grandchildren: Robert Carl,
  Christopher, Kristine Diane, William E. and Jennie R. Thomas.  Member of St.
  Andrew's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Boswell, and former member of the
  church choir.  Also member of P.S.E.A., A.A.R.P. and the Boswell Area
  Historical Society.  1932 graduate of the former Boswell High School and a
  1936 graduate of the former Indiana State Teachers College.  Retired
  educator in the former Jenner Boswell Area High School with 32 years
  service.  Observed 54th wedding anniversary Aug. 16, 1993.  Friends received
  from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street,
  Boswell, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, with Pastors Susanne
  N. Palmquist and Michael A. Dunlap officiating.  Interment, Jenner Crossroads
  Cemetery.  Memorials to the American Cancer Society, South Lynn Ave.,
  Somerset, Pa. 15501, would be appreciated.
