  Alma Grace Thomas (nee Staub), 92 of Baltimore, Md, died at the Gilchrist 
Hospice Center in Towson, Md. Born September 30, 1913 in Meyersdale. A daughter 
of the late Edward C. Thomas Sr. and Nan (Pugh) Staub of Meyersdale. Also 
preceded in death by her husband Ray E. Thomas; son Barry S. Thomas; Father and 
Mother-in Law William H. and M. Pearl (Harden) Thomas; brothers: Edward C. Staub 
Jr., Frank R. Staub; sisters M.E. Stella (Staub) Byers, Nell M. Staub; and 
nephew Thomas E. Byers.
  Devoted mother of Joan M. McGuigan, William E. Thomas, Nancy J. Britt, and 
Sharon K. Haer. Survived by five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two 
nephews, and one niece.
  Family request memorial donations be made to the Cancer Fund or Hospice Center 
of their choice.
