  BARRY ALAN THOMAS
  
  Barry Alan Thomas, 48, Jerome Hill Road, Thomas Mills, died July 27, 2004,
  at home.  Born June 5, 1956, in Johnstown, son of Wade L. and Velmer F.
  (Kennell) Thomas.  Preceded in death by father and an infant sister and
  brother.  Survived by mother, Thomas Mills; wife of 24 years, the former
  Jill L. Benna; children, Colleen, Keith and Cheryl, all at home; sisters,
  Lori Farabaugh, Conemaugh Township and Terri, married to Daniel Blackburn,
  Windber and mother- and father-in-law, Mary Grace and Richard Benna,
  Bedford.  Also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.  A 1974
  graduate of Conemaugh Township Area High School, Davidsville.  Former
  employee of Emglo Air Compressor Co.  Member of the Benscreek Evangelical
  Lutheran Church, Somerset Pike and the church council.  Friends received
  from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Route 403
  and Church Road, Davidsville.  Viewing also from 10 a.m. until the time of
  service at 11 a.m. Friday at Benscreek Lutheran Church. Pastoral leader,
  Larry C. Hoover officiating.  Interment, Thomas Mennonite Cemetery, Thomas
  Mills.  Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society, 168 W. Union
  St. Somerset, Pa. 15501.
