BERNARD REED THOMAS

  Bernard Reed Thomas, the youngest child of Clarence and Iva (Bittner) Thomas, 
died Sunday, December 30, 1945, at his home in Greensburg, at the age of 4 
years, 3 months and 11 days.
  Surviving are his parents and the following brothers and sisters: Pvt. Alfred 
Thomas, serving with the U. S. Army in Italy; Allen, Leo, Joyce and Patty, all 
at home.
  Funeral services were conducted Thursday, January 3, at 11:30 o'clock, by Rev. 
W. T. Doncaster, Jr., after which the body was taken to Salisbury and from there 
to St. Paul's cemetery for interment under the direction of Walley Felton, New 
Alexandria mortician.
  Little Bernard was a very bright and loving little child and will be sadly 
missed by all who knew him.
