Blair Hospital, Huntingdon. Born Jan. 28, 1901, in Broad Top City, Pa., the daughter of Mark and Jane (Leavelle) Lemin. Married to Morgan Thomas, Sept. 26, 1922, who preceded her in death, June 23, 1973. Survived by four children: Robert H. Thomas of Harrisburg; the Rev. Jack Thomas of Somerset; Mrs. Fred Durf, Walnut Bottom, Pa.; and Mrs. Jack Morningstar of Saxton RD; also, 16 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and a number of great great grandchildren. Also preceded in death by a son, Alfred. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was a member of the Church of God Tabernacle in Saxton for 50 years, and the Willing Workers Class of the church. Services will be Wednesday, 2 p.m., from the Church of God Tabernacle at Saxton RD with the Rev. Milton Herring officiating. Interment will be in the Odd Fellows Cemetery, Broad Top City. Friends are being received at the Masood Funeral Chapel in Saxton, 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Daily American, October 22, 1986 [T149]
