  Floyd S. Thomas, 74, of the Cincinnati, Ohio area, formerly of Berlin, died
  Sept. 23, 2000 in Cincinnati.  Born Nov. 19, 1925 in Center Hill. Fla., son
  of John A. and Annie (Menges) Thomas.  Preceded in death by parents, sisters
  Martha Petran and Mary Miller, brothers Abraham and John Thomas.  Survived by
  his wife, Mary (Smiley) Thomas, daughters Beverly A. Davidson and Betty J.
  Thomas, and granddaughter Heather M. Davidson.  Brother of Joseph Thomas,
  Lucille Ritchey, Katherine Trent and Kathleen Miller.  Family will receive
  friends from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Wednesday at
  Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin.  The Rev. Sherman H. Berkey officiating.
  Interment Berlin IOOF Cemetery.
