  Gail (Wilson) Stanton-Thomas, 64, Hopewell Road, Hollsopple RD, died Jan.
  29, 2002, at home.  Born March 14, 1937, in Jenner Township, daughter of
  Alexander "Brownie" and Clara (Hemminger) Wilson.  Preceded in death by
  parents; infant brother, Robert, and sister, Betty Ferre.  Survived by
  husband of 17 years, Kenneth J. Thomas; children: Sharon (Stanton), wife of
  Scott Ickes, Monroeville; Jeffrey Stanton, White Haven; and Cindy Stanton,
  Hollsopple RD; grandchildren: Spencer, Nicole and Sean Ickes and Haley
  Stanton, a brother, Rollin, married to Diane Pritt, Windber; and former
  husband, Jay R. Stanton, White Haven.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4
  and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street,
  Boswell, where service will be held at 11 am. Friday.  The Rev. Gary W.
  Anderson officiating.  Interment, Beam Cemetery near Grey.
