  Glenn E. Thomas Sr., 61 of Hollsopple RD 2 (Woodstown), died April 4, 1977
  at Lee Hospital, Johnstown.  Born August 22, 1915 Qumahoning Township,
  Somerset County.  He was the son of Foster S. and Katie (Thomas).  Preceded
  in death by father, one grandson.  Survived by mother, wife, the former
  Reita Saylor and these children: Ruth, wife of Glenn Yoder Jr.; Robert,
  married to Donna Gindlesperger; Glenn E. Jr., married to Reda Blough all of
  Hollsopple RD 2; Miss Brenda L. of Hanover; seven grandchildren.  He was a
  member of Brethren In Christ Church of Hanover.  He had been formerly
  employed by First McNess for 43 years, retiring in 1975 as district
  manager.  Family receiving friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 2 to 4 and 7
  to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the George E. Mason Funeral Home in Davidsville where
  prayer services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, followed by funeral
  services at 2 p.m. at Blough Mennonite Church, the Rev. Kenneth Reid, the
  Rev. Elwood R. Vandiver and the Rev. Curtis Godshall.  Interment, church
  cemetery.
