  Irene E. Thomas, 89, of Meyersdale RD 3, died Sept. 12, 1995, at the home
  of her son, Nathan.  Born Sept. 2, 1906, in Meyersdale, a daughter of the
  late Charles A. and Annie (Hart) Bolden.  Also preceded in death by her
  husband, Frank B. Thomas Jr., and these brothers and sisters: Albert
  Bolden, Edgar Bolden, Fred Bolden, Helen Gress, Marcella Stotler, Mary
  Weyer, Kathryn Clapper, Anna Bolden and Rita Miller.  Survived by these
  children: Dr. Frank B. Thomas III, Hancock, Md.; Dr. Terrence J. Thomas and
  Adrian A. Thomas, both of Meyersdale; John C. Thomas and Dr. Nathan 0.
  Thomas, both of Meyersdale RD 3.  Also 32 grandchildren and 15
  great-grandchildren.  A member of SS. Philip & James Catholic Church,
  Meyersdale.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday
  at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale.  Mass of Christian Burial will be at
  11 a.m. Thursday at the SS. Philip & James Catholic Church, with Msgr.
  Timothy Swope and Father Alan E. Thomas (grandson of Mrs. Thomas)
  officiating.  Interment, church cemetery.  Rosary will be recited at 8:30
  p.m. Wednesday at Price Funeral Home.
