  Margaret R. Thomas, 75, Akron, Ohio, formerly of Berlin, went to be with
  the Lord, June 18, 1997 at the Hospice Care Center.  Born Jan 9, 1922 in
  Brothersvalley Township, daughter of Homer and Mary (Ringler) Vought.
  Survivors include husband of 51 years, Jack D.; sons, Jack L. Thomas, Akron
  and Gary Thomas of Florida; sisters, Helen Lichty, Mary Smith. Florence
  Sarver and Lois Saylor, all of Berlin; brother, Roy Shultz, Meyersdale;
  five grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.  Member of Arlington
  Memorial Baptist Church of Akron.  Funeral services were held June 21, in
  Farley Funeral Home, Akron.  Rodney Z. Punier officiating.  Interment at
  Hillside Cemetery. in lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the
  Hospice Care Center, 3358 Ridgewood Road. Akron, Ohio 44333.
