  Mildred Thomas, 94, Church of the Brethren Home, Windber, formerly of
  Berlin, died June 14, 2001, at Windber Medical Center.  Born July 25, 1906,
  in Fairhope, daughter of Frank and Susan (Glessner) Shroyer.  Preceded in
  death by parents, husband, Glenn, four sisters and three brothers.  Survived
  by a niece, Nancy Rubright and her family, Berlin; and several other nieces
  and nephews.  Member of Sarver Community Church.  Family will receive friends
  from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where
  service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, with the Rev. Sam Coughenour
  officiating.  Interment, Beachdale Cemetery.
