  Nora C. (Berkey) Thomas, 91, Hollsopple RD, went on to be face to face with her
  Lord and Savior Jesus Christ June 21, 2005, at Somerset Hospital. Born Jan. 15,
  1914, in Johnstown, daughter of Earl and Maude (Miller) Berkey. Preceded in
  death by parents; husband, Harvey S. and son, Randy. Survived by son, Blair,
  married to former Nancy Custer, Hollsopple RD; daughter, Kathy, married to
  James Heckman, Boswell RD; grandchildren, Lisa (Thomas), married to Brad
  Costigan, Latrobe, Joshua Thomas, Hollsopple RD and Amanda Heckman, Boswell RD
  and the joy of Nora's life, her great-granddaughter, Olivia Blair Costigan.
  Also survived by a host of cousins and friends. A graduate of Boswell High
  School. Employee and volunteer for many years at Allegheny Lutheran Home,
  Johnstown. Member of Jenner Township Baptist Church where she taught Sunday
  school. She enjoyed baking and cooking and was especially known for her
  cinnamon rolls. Viewing from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at Hoffman Funeral Home &
  Cremation Services, Davidsville, where service will be held at 11 a.m.
  Saturday. The Rev. Ray Streets Sr. officiating. Interment Jenner Township
  Baptist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a
  charity of choice. "For God the Father so loved the world that He gave His
  uniquely born son Jesus Christ to die a substitutional death. Whoever believes
  in Him and His redemptive accomplishments shall not be lost, but have eternal
  everlasting life." John 3:16.
