  MRS. ONA P. THOMAS
  
  Mrs. Ona P. Thomas, 46, Confluence, died Oct. 22 in her home.  Born Aug. 24,
  1921, in Davis, W. Va., she was a daughter of Herbert S. Phelps and the late
  Viola Jane (Simmons) Phelps.  She was preceded in death by her has. band,
  William Thomas.  Surviving are her father, a son, Herbert S., and one
  grandchild.  She was a sister of Norman, East Andover, N. J.; Harold,
  Middlesburg, W. Va.; William, Fred and Herman, all of Akron, Ohio; Millard
  of Davis, W. Va.; Mrs. Lee Lear of Cumberland; and Mrs. Edith Hasting of
  Delaware.  Funeral service was last Wednesday afternoon in the Humbert
  Funeral Home, Confluence, with Rev. Donald L. Clark officiating.  Interment
  was made in Jersey Cemetery.
