  MRS. ELLSWORTH THOMAS
  
  Mrs. Ellsworth Thomas, 85, formerly of Frostburg, Md., died July 17, 1983,
  in a Flint hospital.  She was born in Fairhope, July 30, 1897, and was a
  daughter of the late Theodore Knepp and Catherine (Mathias) Knepp.  Mrs.
  Thomas was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church, Flint.  She was preceded
  in death by her husband, Ellsworth Thomas, and is survived by a son, Frank
  Thomas, of Flint; two sisters, Mrs. Gertie Beeman, Mount Savage, Md., and
  Mrs. Leora Yutzy, McClellandtown, and six grandchildren.  Services were
  conducted at the Brown Funeral Home, Davidson Road, Flint, Wednesday at 9
  a.m. with the Rev. John Clark officiating.  Interment was in Gracelawn
  Cemetery, Flint.
