  William Harold Thomas, 67, of Somerset RD 7 died Nov. 20, 1995, at
  Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born Nov. 27, 1927, in Somerfield,
  Somerset County, the son of the late Frederick H. and Ruth (Conway) Thomas.
  Survived by his wife, the former Ruth Ann Blades, to whom he was married to
  40 years, and one son, Douglas L. Thomas, married to the former Joni Saylor
  of Manassas, Va.  Office manager of Somerset Gasoline Co. from 1953-1983 and
  employed by Somerset Hospital from 1983-1995.  A 1945 graduate of Confluence
  High School.  Attended Grove City College.  Army veteran of the Korean War.
  Attended Calvary United Methodist Church.  Member of American Legion Post
  181 and VFW Post 554.  Friends will be received from 3-5 and 7-9 Tuesday and
  noon to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset,
  where services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, with the Rev.
  Raymond E. Lyon officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
  Contributions may be made to Somerset Hospital, 225 S. Center Ave.,
  Somerset, Pa. 15501.
