  THOMPSON
  
  Alex A. Thompson, 80, of Boyington, died Jan. 15, 1978, at home.  Born Jan.
  1, 1978 in Patton, a son of the late William and Mary Ellen (Williams)
  Thompson.  Survived by his wife, the former Nora Bittner, and two daughters,
  Mrs. Mary Ellen Sechrest of Meyersdale; and Mrs. Buelah Brown of Boyington;
  four sons: Leroy of Boyington; and Alex, Fay, and Robert, all of
  Meyersdale; four sister: Mrs. Betty Lilliey of Seville, Ohio; Mrs. Sarah
  Ducan of Barberton, Ohio; Mrs. Annie Delany of Akron, Ohio; and Mrs. Maggie
  Scharabach of Houston, Texas; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
  Member of the Church of God in Boyington.  Funeral service will be held
  Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Thomas Funeral in Salisbury with the Rev. Randy
  Brant officiating.  Interment, Salisbury Cemetery.  Friends will be received
  Monday 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
