  GERTRUDE THOMPSON 
  
  Mrs. Gertrude Thompson, 77, Garrett, died Feb. 13, 1979, in Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.  Born April 28, 1901, in Garrett, she was a daughter of
  the late Hiram and Miranda (Hauger) Romesburg.  She was preceded in death by
  her husband, Lloyd.  She is survived by a niece, Mrs. Mary Ann Bake,
  Pittsburgh.  Friends were received at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale.
  Services were conducted at the Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church, Garrett, with the
  Rev. George Bowersox officiating.  Interment, Berlin Cemetery.
