  TIFFANY
  
  Herbert Theodore Tiffany, 83, of 231 South Gill St., State College, died
  Monday at the Centre Community Hospital.  Born Sept. 1, 1905 in Dalton.  Son
  of Harry B. and Sally (Wehr) Tiffany.  On Aug. 20, 1936 married the former
  Willamina "Billie" Morgan of State College, who survives.  Also survived by
  two sons: Herbert T. Jr., Somerset and Everett P. of State College; three
  grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; brother Edson, Haddon Heights,
  N.J. and a sister, Birdella, of Macungie.  He was a 1925 graduate of
  Scranton Buisness College and was emoployed at Penn State University for
  approximately 35 years where he retired as business manager of the Applied
  Research Lab in 1970.  Member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, State
  College.  Funeral services at the Koch Funeral Home State College, Thursday
  at 2 p.m.  Interment at Centre County Memorial Park.  Friends recieved
  Wednesday 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made
  to the St. Paul's Rebuilding Fund, College Ave., State College, Pa. 16801.
