Tinkey, 64, McKeesport, died March 28, 1990, in Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born Jan. 19, 1926, in Morgantown, W.Va., daughter of the late Raymond W. and Myrtle (Johnson) Watson. Survived by her husband, Richard C. Tinkey; two daughters: Pat Hutchison, McKeesport; and Betty Lou McDonald, McKeesport; six grandchildren, one great-grandchild; two sisters: Vivian Kirby, Point Marion; and Jean Wolf, Newark, Ohio; nieces and nephews. She was a retired sales clerk for H. and L. Green, McKeesport. Member of the Beulah Park United Methodist Church. A former leader of Girl Scout Troop 542 for approximately 10 years. Past member of the Highland Grove PTA. Family will receive friends at Striffler's, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday. Services at 11 am.
