  TIPTON
  
  Alma B. Tipton, 84, of Friedens, died Jan. 23, 1985, in Somerset Community
  Hospital.  Born April 28, 1900, in Somerset Township, daughter of the late
  Jack Martin and Margaret (Barnhart) Tipton.  Also preceded in death by three
  brothers and one half-sister.  She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Elsie Kline
  of Meyersdale.  Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Richard
  E. Hauger Funeral Home, where services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. with
  the Rev. Robert Thomas officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial
  Park.
