  TIPTON
  
  Christopher Allen Tipton, 14, of Friedens RD 2, died Feb. 3, 1981, at his
  residence.  Born Oct. 21, 1966, in Somerset.  Survived by his parents, Wayne
  L. and Patricia Ann (Schrock) Tipton and by two sisters, Kimberly and
  Melissa, at home.  Also by paternal grandmother, Margaret Tipton of Friedens
  RD 2, and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Schrock of Jenners.  He
  was a member of the Friedens Lutheran Church, was a ninth grade student at
  Somerset Area High School and was a member of Troop 152, Friedens, Boy
  Scouts of America.  Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Wednesday at the
  Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where service will be conducted at 10 a.m.
  Friday, the Rev. James Ling officiating.  Interment, Friedens Lutheran
  Cemetery.
