  THELMA J. TOPPER 
  
  Thelma Jean Topper, 59, Meyersdale RD 1, formerly of Hagerstown, Maryland,
  died Sept. 8, 1983, in Meyersdale Community Hospital.  She was born Sept. 3,
  1924, in Dunbar, daughter of the late George and Elsie (Tressler) Topper.
  She made her home with Mrs. Margaret Phalin, Meyersdale for many years.  She
  is survived by two nephews.  Friends were received at the Price Funeral Home,
  Meyersdale, where services were conducted with the Rev. Lloyd Wilson
  officiating.  Interment, Rose Hill Cemetery, Hagerstown.
