  David E. Tosh, 38, Jamesville, NY formerly of Ligonier, died March 19,
  1988, at Crouse Irving Memorial Hospital, Syracuse, N.Y.  Survived by wife,
  Elaine Zackey Tosh; daughter, Gail Tosh at home; mother, Ruthe Kimmel,
  Somerset; and father, Dwayne Tosh. Latrobe.  He was a professor of
  accounting at Syracuse University.  A 1967 graduate of Eskiminetas Prep
  School.  A 1971 graduate of Lafayette College.  Received master's degree in
  business administration in 1974 from University of Pittsburgh and his
  doctorate in 1985 from Pennsylvania State University.  Member of various
  professional organizations.  Memorial services will be March 27 at 2 p.m. at
  the Covenant Presbyterian Church in Ligonier.  Interment at convenience of
  family.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his name to the
  Boy Scouts of America of the Covenant Presbyterian Church.
