  Betty Jane Traup, 79, of Rockwood, died Feb. 25, 2002 at Siemon Lakeview
  Manor Estate.  Born Jan. 20, 1923 in Casselman the daughter of Frederick and
  Cora Emma (Uphouse) Trimpey.  Preceded in death by parents, husband Arthur G.
  Traup Jr., who died March 20, 1995, four brothers: Guy, Wilbur, George and
  Miles Trimpey, four sisters: Mary Folk, Nettie Sterner, Ethel Readrick and
  Marilyn Heinbaugh.  Survived by children Robert L. Traup, married to the
  former Judith Miller of Lancaster; Mrs. Jack R. (Carol; A.) Winters of
  Hollsopple and Jack A. Traup, married to the former Deborah Weller of
  Rockwood.  Nine grandchildren: Eric and Jason Traup of Lancaster; Jennifer
  Traup of Ben Salem, Erika, Bethany and Jaclin Winters of Hollsopple, Mrs.
  Roger (Laura) Sechler of Reading, Lindsey Traup of Rockwood, and Eli Traup
  of Rockwood; three great-grandchildren: Cloe and Ryan Traup and Keian
  Traup; three step great-grandchildren: Beth, Angie and Derek Moss.  Member
  of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Rockwood Fire Co. Auxiliary, and Rockwood
  Senior Citizens.  Graduate of Hammond's Beauty School of Johnstown.  Friends
  received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Tuesday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home,
  Somerset.  Service will be conducted 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Luke's
  Lutheran Church, Rockwood, with the Rev. George Mason Jr. officiating.
  Interment Rockwood IOOF Cemetery.  Contributions may be made to the St.
  Luke's Lutheran Church, Broadway St., Rockwood, Pa. 15557.
