Treacy, 101, of Baker Street, Tallahassee, Fla., died Tuesday, Oct. 15, 1985, at the Tallahassee Convalescent Home. She played for the residents of the Tallahassee Convalescent Home until she was past 100 years old. In earlier years she played with the Rasche family ensemble in Oakland, Md. Born in Oakland, Md., April 8, 1889, Mrs. Treacy was a daughter of the late Henry A. Rasche and Katherine (Rowan) Rasche. She attended area schools and also studied at St. Mary-of-the-Woods Academy on the campus of Notre Dame University. She was a lifelong member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Oakland, Md. and was a former organist at the church; was a member of the McVeigh Holy Cross Club of St. Peter's Church. Her husband, James P. Treacy, owned and operated the first Ford dealership in Oakland. He died in 1961. Survivors include two daughters: Mrs. Estelle M. Buckalew, Alexandria, Va.; Mrs. Mary Weimer, Tallahassee; four sons: John T. Treacy, York; Morris F. Treacy, Baltimore, Md.; Leo E. Treacy, Carlsbad, N.M.; William O. Treacy, Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; two sisters: Mrs. Veronica Robertson, Grantsville, Md.; Mrs. Agnes Brooks, Chicago, III.; 25 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Friends were received at the Stewart Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial were celebrated Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church by the Rev. Father Martin FeiId.
