  TRENT
  
  Ellis R. Trent Sr., 65, of Friedens RD 2, died May 31, 1989, at home.  He
  was born May 23, 1924, in Stonycreek Township, son of Orange and Edna
  (Walker) Trent.  Preceded in death by parents; brother, Ralph; and sister,
  Ruth.  Survived by his wife of 44 years, the former Anna "Annie" Miller; and
  these children: Marlin J. Miller, married to the former Shirley Baumgardner
  of Friedens RD 2; Ellis Trent Jr., married to the former Donna Watson of
  Somerset; and grandson whom they raised, Todd Allan Trent, married to the
  former Debra Purbaugh; also six grandchildren and three
  great-grandchildren.  He was associated with Faith Lutheran Church and was a
  retired truck driver for Delta Industries.  A World War II Army veteran and
  was a life member of Somerset VFW, Post 554.  Family will receive friends
  from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral Home, STOYSTOWN.  Viewing
  from 9 a.m. until services at 10 a.m. on Friday at Faith Lutheran Church
  with the Rev. Charles J. Hartbauer officiating.  Interment, Somerset County
  Memorial Park.  Memorials may be given to Somerset Hospital Hospice.
