Trent, 57, of Boynton, died Feb. 7. 1972, in Memorial Hospital, Cumberland. Born Oct. 24, 1914, in West Salisbury, he was a son of Elnora (Swartzwelder) Trent and the late George H. Trent. He was a veteran of World War II and was a cement mason, having spent about 31 years in construction work. Surviving, besides his mother, are his wife, the former Mildred Holler; and a daughter, Mrs. Donald (Kay) Smith, of Swanton, Md. Funeral service will be held at two o'clock this (Thursday) afternoon in Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, with Rev. Paul Snyder officiating. Interment in Salisbury Cemetery.
