Trent, 48, Friedens RD 2, went to be with the Lord Sept. 19, 1996, at the Somerset Hospital. Born Dec. 30, 1947, in Westmoreland County, daughter of the late John R. and T. Ruth (Blystone) Tinkey. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert Trent, in 1988; and brothers: William and Glenn Tinkey. Survived by close friend, Dorothy King, and the following brothers and sisters: Ralph Tinkey Jr., Somerset RD 7; Dr. Otto Zane Tinkey, Manns Choice; Mrs. Elmer (Nancy) Harr, Somerset RD 4; James J. Tinkey, Rockwood RD 1; Mrs. Glenn (Eva Jean) Dewey, Monterey, Calif.; and Harold Dean Tinkey, Rockwood RD 1. She was a graduate of the Cumberland Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, employed for 25 years in the Somerset State Hospital as a supervisor. Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. today (Saturday) and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, where a funeral service will be conducted Monday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. M.D. Herring and the Rev. Lawrence Whitney officiating. Interment, Mt. Nebo Cemetery.
