  Blair William Tressler, 66, Confluence RD 3, died May 15, 1986, at
  Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born Aug. 30, 1919, in Henry Clay
  Township, a son of the late Arthur and Sadie (Hentzel) Tressler.  Survived
  by his wife, Roberta (Foster) Tressler; three sons, Blair Jr., Orange,
  Texas; Mark, Calgary, Alberta, Canada; Alan, Rock Springs, Wyo.; three
  daughters, Karen Ohler, Scullion; Susan Thomas, Lyman, Wyo.; and Paula
  Norris, Minot Air Force Base, Minot, N.D.; 10 grandchildren; three
  brothers, George, Everett, and Howard, all of Confluence; and seven
  sisters, Marie Weller, Markleton; Margaret Lee, Kingwood; Leona Nolf, and
  Virginia Rugg, both of Confluence; Betty Faidley, Markleton; Ruth Crawford,
  McKeesport; and Mabel Shipley, Niles, Ohio.  Preceded in death by a brother,
  Warren.  A veteran of World War II and the United States Navy, he was a
  former member of the Ursina America Legion Post 946, the Confluence VFW
  Post 7250 and a member of the DuQuoin Lodge F.& A.M. No. 234 of DuQuoin,
  Ill.  Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Saturday and from 10 a.m. until
  9 p.m. Sunday at Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where services will be
  held Monday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Stephen Cordle officiating.  Interment,
  Wesley Chapel Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a
  favorite charity in the name of Blair W. Tressler.
