Tressler, 62, Salisbury RD 1, died Feb. 8, 1987, at West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born June 30, 1924, in Garrett, son of the late Resley and Florence (Briskey) Tressler. Besides his parents, also preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. Survived by wife, the former Margaret Blocher; one daughter, Tamara Eastham, Herndon, Va.; two grandchildren, Becky and Adam Eastham; four sisters, Mrs. Beulah Maust, Springs; Mrs. Evelyn Doerr, Accident, Md.; Mrs. Violet Salisbury;, Salisbury Mrs. Marvette Hollada, Springs; also five brothers, Donald, Salisbury; Bradley, Del Ray Beach, Fla.; Marvin, Cumberland, Md.; Mark, Bel Air, Md.; and Abraham, Colorado Springs, Colo. Member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Salisbury. Veteran of World War II with the Army Field Artillery. Charter member Salisbury VFW and a member of Salisbury American Legion. Friends received Tuesday (today), 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury. Funeral service will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church with the Rev. David E.
