GORMAN TRESSLER

  Gorman Tressler, 47, formerly of Meyersdale, died Sunday, Jan. 19, at his home 
in Akron, O.  The body arrived here on Monday and was removed to the home of his 
parents, Charles and Ida (Siehl) Tressler, Boynton.
  Surviving besides his parents are his wife, Nelle (Austin) Tressler, and a 
daughter, Florence, of Akron, O.  A son, Donald, was killed in World War II.  
The deceased was a brother of Charles Tressler, Boynton.
  Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the parental home.  Burial was 
in Union Cemetery, Meyersdale, under direction of H. R. Konhaus, Meyersdale 
mortician.
