  Nannie M. Tressler, 90, Meyersdale, died Aug. 31, 1985, in Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.  Born Sept. 30, 1894, in Ellerslie, Md., daughter of
  late Rev. Daniel K. and Rachel (Hoover) Clapper.  Preceded in death by
  husband, Rufus; son, Merle; four brothers: Irvin, Jesse, Daniel and Carl;
  and two sisters: Miss Elsie and Mrs. Della Fike.  Survived by granddaughter,
  Miss Linda Byers, and grandson, Kerry Byers, both of Ligonier; and number of
  nieces and nephews. Life member of Meyersdale Church of the Brethren.  Also
  member of Ladies Circle of the church and Gold Star Mothers.  Friends are
  being received at Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where service will be
  conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday (today), the Rev. Bobby Phillips.  Interment,
  Union Cemetery.
