  Edith Mae Trexel, 92, Boswell RD 1, died unexpectedly Feb. 19, 1983, at
  home of her son, D. Robert.  Born August 3, 1890, in Jenner Township,
  Somerset County, daughter of Jacob and Nora (Brubaker) Friedline.  Preceded
  in death by parents; husband, Joseph, who died in 1939; son, Donald, who
  died in 1942; sister, Annie Lenhart; and brother, Cloyd.  Survived by these
  children: D. Robert and Ruth E., wife of George Clarke, both of Boswell RD
  I; James J., married to the former Helen Kozel, Wilmington, Del.; five
  grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  Member of Laurel Trinity
  Lutheran Church, Jennerstown, Boswell Post 461, American Legion Auxiliary,
  and Laurel Mountain Senior Citizens.  She was a Gold Star Mother.  Friends
  were received Sunday evening and will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
  Monday at Hoffman Funeral Home, 227 Allegheny St., Boswell.  Body will be
  transferred to Laurel Trinity Church for viewing from 10 a.m. Tuesday until
  time of service at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Jesse E. Wolf officiating.
  Interment, St. James Cemetery.
