She was born June 2, 1911 in Johnstown, the second child of five and the oldest daughter of the late Frank and Anna (Cacacia) Sunseri. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband Marcello Trigona in 1985 and two brothers, Fred and Joseph Sunseri. Survivors include three sons: Anthony S. Trigona of Johnstown, Frank M. Trigona of Jeannette and Marshall A. Trigona and wife Charlotte of Somerset; two sisters, Betty Cicarelli and Anne Sunseri, both of Johnstown; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A resident of Jeannette for over 50 years, she was an active member of the Italian Sons and Daughters of America and Ascension Church of Jeannette. Margaret performed volunteer work at Jeannette District Memorial Hospital and was known for her knitting, sewing and especially her cheesecakes. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the John V. Graziano Funeral Home Inc., 228 N. Second St., Jeannette. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at Ascension Church. Interment will take place in St. Anthony Cemetery, Geistown. Daily American, December 27, 2002 [T602]
