  Allen Dale Trimpey, 60, 7006 A.L. Philpott Highway, Martinsville, Va., died May
  5, 2005, at his home. He was born June 16, 1944, in Somerset County to Edward C.
  Trimpey and Rose (Gary) Trimpey. In addition to his parents he was preceded in
  death by a sister Violet (Bunny) Trimpey Rea. Surviving are two sisters, Joan
  Ansell, Somerset, and Pamela McClintock, Rockwood; five brothers, Edward Paul
  Trimpey and Clark G. Trimpey, both of Confluence, Harold J. Trimpey,
  Martinsville, Va., Mark Trimpey, Lutz, Fla., and Jacob Trimpey, Columbus, Ohio;
  several nieces and nephews. He graduated from Rockwood High School, Rockwood,
  and served in the Navy in the Seabees. He was a counselor and chairman of
  Alcoholics Anonymous in Martinsville and Danville. A memorial service will be
  held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Community Funeral Services chapel. The Rev. Derek
  Albea officiating. Burial will be in Old Bethel Cemetery. Memorials may be made
  to Aiken Summit Wesleyan Church, 6647 Axton Road, Axton, VA 24054
