Trimpey, 54, of Clevenger Road, Confluence passed on Oct. 10, 2001 at Beaver Medical Center in Beaver. Born May 25, 1947 in Upper Turkeyfoot Township. Son of the late Ralph and Ruth (King) Trimpey. Preceded in death by parents and sister Carol. Survived by son Scott, married to Kimberly, Trimpey of Stoystown, granddaughters, Kayla and Tiffany Trimpey, and special friends Zelda Weimer and Matthew Weimer. Brother of Mrs. Donald (Lois) Baker of Markleton, Mrs. Charles (Mildred) King of Rockwood, Mrs. George (Judy) Gober of Port Richey, Fla., Ralph Jr., married to Catherine of Vineland, N.J., Richard of Markleton, and Daniel of Grantsville, Md. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army in the Korean War and a member of the Kingwood Church of God. He was employed by Dick Corp. of Pittsburgh and was a member of Local 1058 of the Laborer's Union. Friends will be received from 1 to 9 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, Rockwood, where a service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Pastor James Monticue officiating.
