Trout, 91, Meyersdale, went to be with the Lord on Nov. 4, 2007, in Golden Living Center. Born May 5, 1916 in Garrett, daughter of the late Tony and Mary (Commotes) Estnick. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Homer Albright in 1959; her second husband, Lloyd Trout Sr. in 1991; a daughter, Elizabeth (Albright) Porter in 1976. Also preceded in death by sisters, Mary Richter and Anna Estnick; brothers, Tony, Edward and John Estnick; and a stepson, Melvin Trout and his wife, Etta Mae. She is survived by a son-in-law, Harold Porter Sr., Meyersdale; four grandchildren, Harold Porter Jr. and wife, Marge, Meyersdale; Debra, wife of Larry Bender; Karen, wife of Joe Daughton, both of Wellersburg; and Mary Ann Martin, Hagerstown, Md.; great-grandchildren, John Porter and wife, Brandi; Elizabeth, wife of Cliff Sleasman; Michael Witt and wife, Cathy; Shana Baer; Danny Witt; Kaitlin Daughton; Elisha and Zachary Martin. Also survived by four great great- grandchildren, Madison Porter, Abigail Sleasman, Jennifer and Ryan Witt. A sister of Doris, wife of James Brant, Garrett; sister-in-law, Mamie Estnick; stepchildren, Foster and wife, Joan; Daryl and wife, Miwako; Lloyd Trout Jr. and wife, Daisy; Doris, wife of Edwin Higgins; Jeanie, wife of Ken Sherman; Wanda, wife of Bob Plotner. She worked as a housekeeper and the Meyersdale Shirt Factory for 28 years, retiring in 1978. She was an avid gardener and loved working in her garden for hours, where she would breathe life into her flower beds. She loved to can and cook for her family. She also served as a pastor's wife and served her Lord and her church family. To her grandchildren, she was known as Grandma and later Granny in the good times and bad times. Granny has gone home as recorded in 2 Timothy 4:7-8, which says: "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only, but also to all who have loved His appearing." Granny save a place at the table, we'll be there soon. Friends will be received 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home. On Thursday, she will be taken to Grace Independent Bible Church to lie in state from 10 to 11 a.m., time of service. Thomas Horner, pastor, officiating. Interment White Oak Cemetery.
