  ALLEN E, TROUTMAN 
  
  Allen E. Troutman, 90, died Tuesday, December 11, 1984, at the Veterans
  Administration Medical Center in Altoona.  Born in Southampton Township,
  Somerset County, on July 28, 1894, he was a son of the late Amos Troutman
  and the late Isabelle (Blubaugh) Troutman.  He was a retired farmer, a
  veteran of WW I where he served in France, a member of the American Legion
  Post 13 of Cumberland, Md., and Calvary Bible Independent Baptist Church of
  Ellerslie, Md.  Surviving are his widow, Mayme B. (Smith) Troutman; two sons:
  Harold E. Troutman and John J. Troutman, both of Hyndman RD 1; four
  daughters: Mrs. Elva L. Long, of Wellersburg; Mrs. Doris J. Smith, Mrs.
  Mary Lee Bowman and Miss Carol E. Troutman, all of Meyersdale RD 4; one
  sister, Mrs. Edith T. Lepley, of LaVale, Maryland; 12 grandchildren and 10
  great-grandchildren.  Friends were received at the Harvey H. Zeigler
  Funeral Home where services were conducted Thursday at 1 p.m. by the Rev.
  Ken L. Korns.  Interment, Cooks Cemetery near Wellersburg.  Pallbearers were:
  Dave Korns, Bob Long, Terry Bowman, Brad Troutman, Dale Troutman and Larry
  Troutman.
