  TROUTMAN
  
  Miss Blanche E. Troutman, 74, Meyersdale RD 4, died Feb. 3, 1985, Memorial
  Hospital, Cumberland, Md.  Born April 2, 1912, in Southampton Township, a
  daughter of the late Harry and Lillie (Emerick) Troutman.  She is survived
  by a number of cousins.  She was a member of the Grace Reformed Independent
  Bible Church at White Oak, where she served as secretary, pianist and
  organist.  She was a former tax collector and secretary for Southampton
  Township.  Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the
  Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale.  Services will be conducted at 1 p.m.
  Wednesday at the Grace Reformed Independent Bible Church with the Rev.
  Scott Bartges.  Interment, church cemetery.
