  CHARLES W. TROUTMAN 
  
  Charles W. Troutman, 90, of Mt. Hope, Kansas, died Nov. 26 at a hospital in
  Wichita, Kansas.  A native of Wellersburg, he was a son of the late Amos and
  Isabell Bluebaugh Troutman. His wife, Rose Sanders Troutman, preceded him
  in death.  Surviving are a daughter, Mrs.  Helen Phen, Sioux Falls, S. D.; a
  sister, Mrs. Edith Lepley, LaVale; two brothers, Russell and Allen
  Troutman, Wellersburg, and four grandchildren.  Services and interment were
  conducted in Mt. Hope Nov. 29.
