Troutman, 81, Wellersburg, died Nov. 8, 1972, in Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, where he had been a patient for five weeks. Born Oct. 23, 1891, in Wellersburg, he was a son of the late Amos and Isabelle (Blubaugh) Troutman. He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Nina Getz. A retired farmer, he was a veteran of World War I and a member of the VFW Post 1411,Cumberland, and Mt. Hope, Kans., Baptist Church. Surving are two sons, Paul Troutman, Wellersburg; and Edwin Troutman, Cumberland; a stepson, Ray Getz, Brandywine, W. Va.; three grandchildren; three brothers, Charles Troutman, Mt. Hope Kans.; Russell and Allen Troutman, both of Wellersburg; and a sister, Mrs. Edith Lepley, LaVale Md. Funeral service was conducted Saturday afternoon in Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman, with Rev.
