Troutman fell over a 150-foot cliff while working with a drill in a quarry. Born June 6, 1953, in Cumberland, son of Floyd E. Troutman and Mildred (Bridges) ) Troutman in Hyndman, RD 1. He was a member of Teamsters Local 453. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Wanda Deeter Troutman; a daughter Ann; four brothers: Lawason and Richard of Hyndman RD 1; Ray of Pittsburgh and Larry in England; and two sisters, Marlene and Darlene at home. Friends will be received at the Zeigler Funeral Home Hyndman Thursday and Friday to 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Services in the funeral home Saturday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Ken Korns officiating.
