  MRS. IRVIN TROUTMAN 
  
  Mrs. Nina Troutman, Wellersburg, died Feb. 28, 1971, in Bedford County
  Memorial Hospital, where she had been a patient for 19 days.  Born in
  Wellersburg, she was a daughter of the late B. Frank and Rosa (Kennell)
  Getz.  She was a member of the Wellersburg United Church of Christ.
  Surviving are her husband, Irvin Troutman; three sons, Edwin Troutman,
  Cumberland RD 1; Paul Troutman, Wellersburg; and Ray Getz, Brandywine, W.
  Va.; also three grandchildren and a sister, Miss Edna Getz, Wellersburg.
  Funeral service was held Wednesday afternoon in Zeigler Funeral Home,
  Hyndman, with Interment in St. Paul's Cemetery.
