Born Aug. 9, 1956 in Cumberland, Md., he was a son of Leroy Russell and Charlotte Alene (Hayes) Troutman. Surviving are his parents; wife, Margaret E. "Margie" (Wilhelem) Troutman, whom he married June 6, 1981; children, Danielle R., Matthew B. and Andrew S. Troutman, all at home; brothers Vondell E. and wife, Glynnis (Hollida), Wellersburg; Ivan R. and wife, Kim (Koertje), Wellersburg; sisters, Charlene K. Sessa and husband Dan, Wellersburg, Cheryl L. Albright, and husband Keith, Barrelville, and nieces and nephews. Mr. Troutman was a beef cattle farmer. He was a member of Mt. Harmony United Methodist Church, Wellersburg. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Harvey Zeigler Funeral Home, 169 Clarence St., Hyndman. Visitation also from 1 until 2 p.m. the time of service Sunday at Mt. Harmony United Methodist Church, Wellersburg, Rev. Julie L. Applegate officiating, Interment, Cook Cemetery.
