  Helen T. Trulick, 64, of RD 3 Berlin (Macdonaldton) died Sept. 30, 1994, at
  Conemaugh hospital, Johnstown.  Born Sept. 17, 1930, in Brothersvalley
  Township.  Daughter of Wasco and Mary (Mohilchock) Chipelock.  Preceded in
  death by parents and sister Ann Webb.  Survived by her husband of 35 years,
  John R., and these children: John Jr., married to the former Sheri Walker,
  Carol, married to Gerald Darr, Paul, married to the former Michele Engleka,
  and Linda, all of Berlin; and Karen of Somerset.  Grandsons Adam and Joseph
  Darr, Anthony, Vincent and Nicholas Trulick.  Sister of Catherine Lutzic,
  Johnson City, N.Y.; Frank Boburchock and Pete Chipelock, both of Berlin;
  and Eugene Chipelock of Lordstown, Ohio.  Member of St. Gregory's Catholic
  Church, Macdonaldton.  Family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Saturday
  and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where wake
  service will be held at 8 p.m. Sunday.  Mass of Christian Burial will be
  held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Gregory's Catholic Church. Monsignor Samuel
  J. Tomaselli officiating.  Interment, church cemetery.  Memorial
  contributions may be given to In Touch Hospice, 651 S. Center Ave.,
  Somerset, Pa. 15501, or American Diabetes Association, 116 S. Allegheny
  St., Bellefonte, Pa. 16823.
