  Helen Elizabeth Tuk, 81, Meyersdale, died Saturday, Aug. 4, 1990 at the
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.  She was born Aug. 11, 1908, in Homer City,
  Pa.  She was the daughter of the late John and Anna (Jasynska) Chillik.
  Preceded in death by husband, Jacob V. Tuck, Sr., who died in 1954; and a
  son, Jacob V. Tuck, Jr., who died in 1962.  She is survived by one daughter,
  Gail P. Mull, Somerset RD 3.; two sisters, Anne Beckmann, St. Louis, Mo.,
  and Alma Wright, Akron, Oh.; and a brother, Joseph Chillik, Akron, Oh.  Also
  survived by two grandchildren. Before retirement, she was a medical
  secretary at Meyersdale Community Hospital.  Services will be held at 11
  a.m. Monday at the James P. Gaut Funeral Home, Inc., Pleasant Unity, Pa.
